Service Description
Our Board & Train Program is designed for busy owners who want their dogs to receive consistent, hands-on training from experienced professionals. Over approximately 4–6 weeks, your dog will live and train with us, learning core obedience skills, structure, and confidence in real-world settings. After the program, you’ll receive four private lessons to learn how to maintain your dog’s progress, followed by six Urban Etiquette lessons for continued practice in higher-distraction, real-world environments. This program builds a strong foundation and sets you and your dog up for long-term success—both at home and out in the real world.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: Payment may be made online when that option is available or in person on the day of your appointment. Any service-specific payment requirements will be shown when you book. A credit card is not required simply to reserve an appointment unless stated for a specific service. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to change your scheduled training session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your payment. If you encounter extenuating circumstances, please contact us via email. We are happy to assist and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
