Service Description
We’ll cover the core skills—sit, down, recall, place, and heel—and address any specific behavior or training concerns. These sessions create the foundation for all future classes and ensure you and your dog start as a confident team.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: Payment may be made online when that option is available or in person on the day of your appointment. Any service-specific payment requirements will be shown when you book. A credit card is not required simply to reserve an appointment unless stated for a specific service. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to change your scheduled training session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your payment. If you encounter extenuating circumstances, please contact us via email. We are happy to assist and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
